The Cellar
A rigorous method
We work in the cellar, meticulously monitoring the fermentation and aging processes, allowing us to create modern wines in which remarkable freshness and aromatic richness balance structure and power.
The must ferments at a controlled temperature and undergoes prolonged maceration, resulting in wines with great aromatic intensity, elegance, and longevity.
Our wines are expertly aged in Slavonian oak barrels and, depending on the variety, in French oak barriques. The length of aging is determined by the winemaking objective and the vintage.
