Extra Virgin Olive Oil
An Explosion of Fragrances
Produced by cold pressing under nitrogen, our extra virgin olive oil comes exclusively from hand-picked olives from our own olive groves. It is a prime example of the most cultivated local varieties, such as Leccino, Frantoio, and Moraiolo, expressing their elegance and persistence. Excellent as a condiment for roast meats, mixed salads, and fish, its best fragrance is fully expressed on "fettunta" (a flatbread).
