The Novarese family continues with passion and enthusiasm the project begun by Carlo Novarese in the 1980s.
Since 2013, the family has embarked on an ambitious brand relaunch, aiming to best express the uniqueness and elegance of the Chianti Classico region. This renewal began with a new brand image, more contemporary yet still rooted in Tuscan tradition, and continued with a significant expansion of the vineyard area and the collaboration with the new winemaker Dario Faccin. Today, Carobbio continues to reflect this vision, combining innovation and authenticity in every detail.

Joining the Carobbio team since 2013, winemaker Dario Faccin has shaped the family's vision, which has translated into the valorization of Chianti Classico and its single-variety Riserva, as well as the creation of innovative labels with strong personality: Magaldo, an elegant and structured single-variety Merlot; Piluka, a refined single-variety Pinot Bianco; and a fresh and modern Rosé, an expression of balance and finesse.
An evolution that blends tradition and innovation, with the aim of expressing the authentic soul of Carobbio through every bottle.
